- An update happened on the list of future coverage:
- the Philippines got reorganized with the regions of the Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Western Visayas, Central Visayas now planned between March to May 2023
- Germany is now planned to start in June instead of April
- Japan got updates in many prefectures, mostly to move the ending date from June to July
- Thailand is now planned to receive updates in Phayao, Amnart Charoen, Ratchaburi, Nakhonsawan, Chainat and Chaiyaphum; Bangkok and Metro area, Chiang Mai, Chonburi and Chachoengsao were removed from the list
New Coverage
Western Australia saw many new roads being added to Street View, in the southwest part of the state.
Nigeria was the nice surprise of the week with some new roads and streets being added in the southeast, notably in the mountains near Cameroon.
In Colombia, a newly built road was added on Google Maps west of Bucaramanga. This allowed brand new coverage to appear on it.
In South Africa, some roads were added northeast of Pretoria.
In Sweden, new additions appeared in the county of Varmland.

Google Car Spotting
Last week, people reported Google Street View cameras 60 times from 19 different countries.
In Bangladesh, some cars still drive in the Barishal division in the south of the country, but the main focus is now in the Rajshahi division. Google is also still driving in Panama.
