Main Events
Last week a lot of countries started getting their first June 2022 imagery: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
No list update happened this week. This means there is still no information about where the cars drive in Peru.
Still no bigger update this week so next week may have gen 4 introduced to new countries. However since Thursday and Friday larger updates happened in some countries, it is possible that this month won’t see the introduction of gen 4 in more countries. Continuous Updates
Last week updates were found in 33 countries. This marks a new record for the highest amount of updated countries in one week!
Notable updates are found in the Penghu county which consists of islands west of Taiwan. The American state of New Hampshire got its first 2022 imagery.
Surprisingly, despite the current crisis ongoing, Sri Lanka still got updates in April and May 2022. Many new roads were also added.
Finally many countries received updates, especially Turkey which got really nice additions in rural areas or Norway that had new imagery published in the north. Romania also got the first updates in the county of Harghita, which was previously covered with lower quality imagery made by a third-party user.
